Wills and Living Trusts

Whether you wish to donate your entire estate, a portion of your estate, a fixed dollar amount, or a percentage of your assets, bequests are easy to make.

The following language has been approved by the University of Pennsylvania's counsel as an effective bequest to WXPN:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, a nonprofit corporation organized and operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the sum of ____________ (or ___ % of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to be used for WXPN.
