Wills and Living Trusts

A bequest to XPN in your will is one of the most common way to provide for XPN. Beneficiaries (the heirs of the bequest) are the individuals and organizations that are important to you. The following language has been approved by the University of Pennsylvania's counsel as an effective bequest to WXPN:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, a nonprofit corporation organized and operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the sum of ____________ (or ___ % of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to be used for WXPN.
